| “IIFCL, as a part of the consortium of banks/FIs, and as a result of a competitive process carried out by Power Grid Corporation of India, entered into a common loan agreement in May 2009 with two developers namely (i) Western Region Transmission (Gujarat) Pvt. Ltd. and (ii) Western Region Transmission (Maharashtra) Pvt. Ltd. to part finance the Projects being established by them for setting up power transmission lines associated with Western Region System Strengthening Scheme – II. IIFCL’s contribution is supported by the proceed of Loan Agreement No. 7613-IN between the World Bank and IIFCL”. |
